Last Saturday was a big day for a few friends of mine. They were involved in an event called Spanish night. It was fun for them to be involved.. the whole night’s program is all about spanish and its language, since they took Spanish as their foreign language.
The night was filled with dances, dramas, choral speaking, cooking demonstration and the singing from the Spanish club.. The dramas include Romeo and Juliet ( a funny and modern version of the play in spanish with subtitles shown on a projector screen ) and also Betty la fea ( which means ugly betty.. bet u guys know about this movie rite? They even have it in english version on TV! ). The dramas are all darn funny, and its worth the time spent.
There was a dance performed that nite called flamingo dance. It is a Spanish traditional dance. It was so captivating, the style, the elegance. Thumbs up!
But the real reason we (or rather me) went to the nite is to watch 2 of my frens SING!! There were a total of 6 singers that nite, and two of them are my fren. Sadly i cant show u the performance here. The singing was so nice.
